1. Will my purchase look like the photos and match the description?

We guarantee you will receive the item you have purchased. Your purchase will correspond to the specifications selected from the drop-down menu. Color and saturation differences may affect the photos on your monitor, creating slight variances from the physical item. 

 

Each jewelry is unique and customized to order. This means no two pieces are exactly alike, even if they are the same design. This makes you purchase original and one-of-a-kind, created to your specifications.

 

2. Do you offer lab grown diamonds and natural diamonds in your fine metal designs?

We are pleased to provide a variety of earth-mined diamonds, lab grown diamonds, and other stones in a variety of keepsake settings and stunning designs. Fine metals and stone choice may be selected from the drop-down menu options.

 

3. Are your diamonds professionally certified or GIA certified?

All diamonds come with a certificate of authenticity upon purchase, guaranteeing the quality of the diamond. 

 

A GIA certification (Gemological Institute of America) accompanies all natural diamonds. GIA is recognized worldwide as the authority for diamond grading and jewelry evaluation. Each diamond is examined by a certified gemologist, giving individualized attention using time and care.

 

4.I didn’t purchase diamonds, I purchased other fine jewelry. Does this jewelry come certified?

All jewelry for sale is accompanied by a certification of authenticity upon purchase. Feel confident knowing you are receiving what you have ordered, matching the description.

 

5. Are your diamonds and precious metals ethically sourced?

Both lab grown diamond and natural earth-mined diamonds are guaranteed to be ethically sourced from reputable suppliers. 

 

We also guarantee all precious metals are ethically sourced, without a heavy supply chain. Know your beautiful design is made consciously.

 

6. Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

We offer a fully insured 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days upon receipt and provide your reason for return. The item must be unworn, unused, and undamaged to obtain a full refund on your purchase. If there is a discrepancy with your return, we will contact you by email and request further details. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be refunded and reflected in the same method used for payment once it has been received by us. 7. Are your items sent through quality control?

Each design displays a high-quality finish with attention to detail. Your item is inspected and passed through quality control before it is sent out. This extra process allows each piece to match our high standards and exceed yours. 

 

8. Where are your items manufactured?

All items are proudly manufactured in the USA.

 

9. Does my purchase come with a signature jewelry box?

Each piece is accompanied by a beautiful signature jewelry box upon purchase for no additional cost. This jewelry box is ready for gifting, keeping the item safely stored before it is presented to commemorate any special occasion.

 

10. Do you offer complimentary ring sizing?

We offer free ring sizing for no additional cost. Most ring styles can be resized, however, there are some styles that cannot be resized because of their design. Please inquire about any ring sizing questions you may have.

 

11. Does my pendant come with a chain?

Every necklace or pendant is accompanied by a complimentary chain upon purchase, making it ready for wear. Please select from 16” to 20” long chain options from the drop-down menu.

 

12.Do you share my personal data?

We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) to secure all connections to ensure a safer shopping experience.
