SIMON B JEWELS – RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30-Day Returns (Under $2,000)
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Eligible items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging.
- Certification receipts (AGI, IGI, or GIA) and proof of purchase must be included.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale
- Jewelry pieces $2,000 and above (custom or luxury) – final sale.
- Rolex, Patek, and other luxury watches – final sale.
- Altered, damaged, or tampered jewelry.
- Items returned without prior authorization.
Damages / Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the eligible item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing time is typically 3–5 business days once received and inspected.
Warranty
Every Simon B Jewels piece is covered by our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Repairs or replacements will be honored if the issue is due to craftsmanship.
